Team tank did some excellent CAD work. The design would have made Rube Goldberg proud.

The design uses a belt drive. To keep tension on the belt the rear wheel assembly is hinged and located aft of the rider. The weight of the rider pushes the rear wheels back and puts tension on the belt.
