The Concept

Since this design used a belt drive it required a lot of planning.

Dowels were passed through the axle and fitted into slots cut in the corrugated centers of the driving wheels.

UHMW Polyethylene was used to reduce friction in between the wheels and axles.

PVC pedals drove the belt that powered the rear axle.
